Paying agent
ES facilitates and performs all payments to all noteholders from a segregated and independent account that is managed and maintained in the name of ES as paying agent. Payments will be made in accordance with the priority of payments from the deal documentation. ES offers this service from each of its global locations.

Cash management
ES facilitates an automated cash manager sweep into various money market funds, managed by top-tier investment managers. The cash can be redeemed daily to pay liabilities as they arise.

Waterfall and calculation agent
ES performs an independent calculation of the waterfall obligations as per the priority of payments, instructing the relevant parties and distributing the relevant trustee reports.
